Storage Tips

Lay your asparagus out flat on a couple of paper towels. Place a couple more paper towels on top of the asparagus and roll them up, making sure that the tips are an inch or so inside the towels. Place in plastic bag -- you can use the one you brought them home in -- and they will last for up to two weeks.
