Eunice Power is a professional chef, who has been in the business over twenty years. She runs a highly successful outside catering business as well as being one of the main teachers at Paul Flynn’s Tannery Cooking School. Eunice’s cookery demos are infused with her enthusiasm and zest for life filled with good food.

Eunice runs an acclaimed B&B, Powersfield House and has also created an outside catering company is based around fresh seasonal locally produced food, sourced organically where possible.

Eunice will be cooking paella for the masses at Ardkeen on June 18th- come and watch the colourful raw ingredients evolve into a delicious paella, pick up a recipe and learn to ‘wow’ your guests with this frugal yet sumptuous dish
